Apstrakt: Integration of heterogeneous and distributed IT-systems as well as ensuring their end-to-end availability are among the major cost-driving factors in the software industry today. This talk will present results of the two research projects addressing these issues conducted between 2007 and 2009 at the Berlin University of Technology
in close cooperation with several industrial partners.
